Validation of a booking

Any booking must be accompanied by a written confirmation and the payment of a 50% deposit of the total amount, either by:

  • Bank card VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO, VISA ELECTRON (if accepted). The card holder expressly authorises the Manoir de Montflambert to debit the amount of the agreed deposit in the present sales conditions.
  • Bank transfer, without bank fees
  • Bank cheque from a French bank (made out to Manoir de Montflambert).

The deposit shall be paid within 5 days.

The deposit shall be deducted from the total bill when checking out.

The price for the bedroom includes breakfast.

The booking only becomes firm after the deposit has been transferred. The payment of the deposit implies the acceptance of the present sales conditions.

Mode of payment on the day of departure

Bank card or cash.

Cancellation

If the cancellation occurs more than 2 months before the beginning of the stay, the deposit remains the property of the client and may either be used for a new booking before the end of the calendar year or be reimbursed on simple request.

If the cancellation occurs less than 2 months before the beginning of the stay, the whole deposit remains the property of the Manoir de Montflambert.

If the client does not show up during opening hours on the planned day of arrival, the Manoir de Montflambert may make use of the rooms. The whole deposit remains the property of the Manoir de Montflambert which reserves the right to claim for the remainder of the booking price.

In case of a shortened stay, 50 % of the amount of the remaining stay shall be due and billed. .

Reception / Booking

Reception through booking only.

Hour of arrival, moving into the rooms

From 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Breakfast

Breakfast is only served in the dining-room at the indicated times.

Vacating the rooms

Rooms must be freed by 10:30 a.m.
